The Special Operations Association Foundation (SOAF/Foundation) is the 501 (c)(3) charitable activity of the Special Operations Association (SOA). The Foundation supports Special Operations veterans and active-duty members of the SOA Community through scholarships, disaster relief, calamitous illness grants, survivor assistance and other activities.
